What Causes Tingling In Feet During Pregnancy?
hi. im 18yrs old and 37 weeks pregnant every night when i've been sitting still for a while or mostly when i go to bed i get a 'tingly' feeling in my feet its really annoying to the point where i cant keep my feet still or get to sleep i heard it could be restless leg syndrome but i want to make sure it isnt anything to worry about.

Most of the time, tingling of feet during pregnancy is due to anaemia. It can be due to B vitamin deficiency, calcium deficiency also.
What are your haemoglobin levels?
You may start iron, multivitamin and calcium preparations if you already have not.
Please report to your Obstetrician to look for any other cause.
