What Causes Tingling In Back Left Side Of Throat?

I have tingling or fluttering or pain in back left side of throat off and on, along with what feels like secretion of salivary gland, followed by numbness in left nostril and left eye waters. Been going on almost a year off and on, same exact symptoms. When it happens, all symptoms come one after the other, ending in watering eye. Then subsides. Comes again. Lasts 30 seconds but happens mostly at night when lying down and occassionally during the day. Had MRI of brain and neck and found nothing. ENT found nothing so far. But it s not my imagination.
