Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Thrush or fungal infection around the nipples can be because of using breast pumps or can be due to deranged blood sugar levels.
I will suggest you to take antifungal treatment if the thrush is present and keep the breast pump sterilized and clean.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
