Oncologist 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms seems related to spondylosis at multiple levels of spine. First of all you require a confirmation by an MRI of spine. Usual treatment in mild moderate cases is physiotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
