General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Throbbing or pulsating pain above the pelvic bone in lower right abdomen may be indicative of strained muscle, ligament or tendon in the groin area. Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are hernia, pinched nerve, arthritis (OA/RA), UTI, etc., ovarian cysts in women). You can take PPI's and anti-inflammatory medicines (Naproxen) to ease the discomfort and pain, one SOS. You can also take spasmol (Spasmoproxyvon, one SOS) if needed.

However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get blood workouts & imaging tests done to detect the pathology. Get treated at the earliest. Your treatment (by medicines or surgery) will depend on the severity of your symptoms & the pathology detected.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
