Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your symptoms and I understand your concerns.
The symptoms that you have
-urge to urinate
-pain/burning sensation while urinating
-abdominal pain
-presence of blood in urine

These symptoms correlate with an urinary tract infection, probably a cystitis (infection of the bladder)
If i was your caring doctor I would start you on antibiotics and do an urine test to confirm the diagnosis.
You can even do a test at home using dipstick test kit that you can get without the need of a prescription.
For the antibiotics you need to check up with your family doctor to take the prescription.
Meanwhile here are some advice to help your urinary tract clean itself:
-have plenty of liquids,2 or 3 liters per day
-fresh fruit juice
-chamomile tea or rose tea
-don't hold your urine for long
-urinate always just after having sex
-for pain/burning sensation use ibuprofen

If you have any other question, feel free to contact me.
