What Causes The Presence If Lymph Nodes In Iliac Fossa?

Hi, I had 3 c sections 1 yr ago and following that had a tubal ligation. Ever since I bleed mid cycle and my ca125 is growing from 17 to 40. I had trunk ct scan and they found small lymph nodes in my right iliac fossa. What is this? Should I be concerned? Tks

Hi,
Thanks for choosing HCM.
Got your question. According to your information it seems that you should take this matter seriously and get you diagnosed properly as early as possible. Rising levels of CA125 and iliac lymph nodes is not considered as a normal sign. Pl.get an ultrasound pelvis done and consult a good gynac . If diagnosed and treated earlier ,you can prevent further complications.
So, gear up and take an earliest appointment of the doctor.
Take care and get well soon.
