What Causes The Feeling Of Objects Shifting When Looking From Right Side?

I am 52. 5 9 and weigh 210. Diagnosed with HBP in Dec 2010. now take 25mg toprol, 70m vyvanese, 25 mg mobic, 150 mg Lyrica and 25 mg of fluid pill. My pressure tonight was 103/54 with arm flexed and 101/61 relaxed. I feel dizzy often and kind of surreal feeling. when I look to the right everything kind of shifts ; sometimes I feel like I am actually having a physical reaction to sound/noise. Am I just imaging things?

your hypertension is under control. get complete eye check up. exclude hypertensive retinopathy. muscle balancing should be tested. IOTbe measured. field to be traced. refraction and fundus examination to be done. with all the examination proper diagnosis can be done.
