What Causes The Damage Of Foreskin During The Intercourse?

sfter sex i found my condom was full of blood and found that i had damaged the bit of skin on the under side of my foreskin (a bit like the bit under your tounge) .this was a week ago and now it looks as if i get an erection it looks as if it will bleed again and becomes quite sore
