What Causes Testis Irritations After Erection Or Masturbation?

sir, 1 year back i had jelly like white substance in my semen.gradually it increased and one day there was a lot.after that it went on decreasing.now only 1 or 2 such substance can be seen.Also the amount of sperm has also decreased.also i have some irritations in my left testis.the irritation starts sometime after an erection or masturbation.but during the erection or masturbation time there is no pain or discomfort.what is this sir?

Thanks for your query.
The reason of the white jelly is the type of prostatic fluid and if you think it is not normal, should be sent for semen analysis.
This will also help to see if there is any problem with sperm count.
The reason of discomfort in the left testicle can be varicocele or epididymo-orchitis.
Ultrasound and color doller can help to get a proper diagnosis and give plan of treatment.
