Neither hydrocele nor masturbation causes hyperthyroidism. Hyperthyroidism is most commonly caused by Grave’s disease. Other causes are also there. Masturbation does not cause any tumor. It is totally normal process. Excess masturbation may cause anxiety, testicular injury and sometimes testicular torsion, an emergency surgical condition, after vigorous masturbation.
