What Causes Testicular Swelling And Dark Discharge?

my dad injured himself and isnt very computer friendly. ill do the best i can. hes 54 about 275-300 lbs. 6'2''. he recently had a severe groin injury where his testicles swelled up. while being treated they suspect they have found testicular cancer. but cant be sure until the swelling goes down. my question is, he is now peeling and there is a brown discharge coming from one of the testicle. what may be the cause of that and what would you recommend?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of brown discharge after the swelling from the testicle with swelling and groin pain. You Father also has peeling. This indicates an infective pathology.
There may be Fornier's Gangrene.
Hence he should consult a General Surgeon urgently as this can spread very fast and may need timely surgical intervention, intensive antibiotic cover.

I hope this answer helps your Father to get timely diagnosis and proper treatment.
