What Causes Testicle Pain After Stopping Smoking?

Hello, I`m a 29 year old male, have smoked weed for about 5 years on a daily base. 4 days ago I quit smoking weed. since then my testikels hurt. it`s a pulsating sensation which appears and disappears. About 2 years ago I also didn`t smoke for about a week(I went on a vacation to an area where weed is illegal). During that week the same pain appeared. and after I got home and smoked again it disappeared untill now. Do you have an idea what this might be, and more important what I could do about it?

There is no known drug (pain killer) which selectivly acts on the testis. It appears that when you stop smoking weed, you get withdrawal symptoms in the form of pain in the testis. So go to some de addiction center and get rid of weed.
