What Causes Tenderness In Nipple And Ovary?
Oh hello. Well I woke up this morning, and my left nipple feels extremely tender and so does my left ovary. Idk what s going on.two days ago, my boyfriend and I were messing around and he was sucking on my nipple and he did put his finger inside me. I think that could be why in pain maybe ??

You might feel breast and ovarian tenderness during the days of ovulation. Eggs are made in female ovary. The process of releasing of the egg by ovary into fallopian tube is known as ovulation.
Usually ovulation happens midway in the menstrual cycle. It means that if you have 28 days of menstruation cycle, then you might have ovulation around 14th to 16th day of cycle. I need to point out here that the first day of your menstrual period is the first day of your cycle.
If the date of pain in breast and ovary coincides with the date of ovulation for you, then you do not need to worry. However, if that is not the case and if the pain sustains for more than 5 days or worsens, you should visit a gynecologist for physical examination.
