Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal.

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

two things
1. the body temperature varies normally in everyone. there is something called diurnal fluctuation of the temperature. so fluctuation of temperature is normal

2. you may have developed diabetic autonomic neuropathy along with peripheral neuropathy. usually presents with tingling and numbness but your type of features are prevalent

i would suggest you meet your diabetician
the treatment usually consists of
1. a very good control of sugars
2. methylcobalamin
3. medicines like pregabalin and gabapentin

As you said thyroid has already been tested, i wont be too worried about that

Suggest to check your hba1c

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above so i can be of help further. Best of luck.

I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.
