1. the body temperature varies normally in everyone. there is something called diurnal fluctuation of the temperature. so fluctuation of temperature is normal
2. you may have developed
diabetic autonomic neuropathy along with
peripheral neuropathy. usually presents with
tingling and
numbness but your type of features are prevalent
i would suggest you meet your diabetician
the treatment usually consists of
1. a very good control of sugars
2. methylcobalamin
3. medicines like
pregabalin and gabapentin
As you said
thyroid has already been tested, i wont be too worried about that
Suggest to check your hba1c
