General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of feeling tasteless from last 5 days.
You have taken medicines and applied get for the mouth ulcers that you had.

The commonest reason is that when the mouth ulcers heal they can leave altered sensation due to disturbed nerve endings.
In addition the oral medication and local gels can also have similar effects.
Do not worry this is usually a reversible phenomenon.
You may please get examined by an Oral or ENT Surgeon to make certain that there is no other oral lesion causing your symptoms. '

You may please wait and watch, take multivitamins and see the results.
I hope this answer helps you.
