What Causes Swollen Painful Blister On Left Thumb?

My left thumb started out 2 days ago with a tiny black dot in the middle on the interior, and has since become swollen, very painful and throbing, as well as blistering to the point I had to pierce the blister in several places to get any relief! The fluid leaking from the blister is clear, with a reddish tint. Now my thumb is very fevered, and purple on the pad part, and turning red on the trunk.

According to your history it appears to be case of blistering dactilyitis which is infection of the digits. You should start with antibiotic containing amoxicillin clavulanic acid twice daily along with tablet containing serratiopeptidase aceclofenac combination twice daily which will decrease your pain and swelling. Also apply mupirocin cream over the affected area twice daily. This will surely help you.
