What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?
I recently found a lump on the right side of my neck I then got a sonogram which showed 3 lumps on my thyroid all 3cm. I ve been feeling very tired and now my right tonsil is swollen and I m having trouble breathing what are the chances of cancer and my blood work came back normal?

Tonsilar infection cause lymphnode swelling.
Thyroid nodules cause swelling in neck region.
Consent a ENT doctor for tonsilitis.
Do total blood cell count .
After that antibiotics can start under doctors suggestion for tonsilitis.
