What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck, Headache And High BP?

I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck that are tender to the touch. They are resulting in a dull headache on the right side. This is also accompanied by high blood pressure. The swollen lymph nodes are subsequent symptom of a persistent cough I had for a couple weeks. What could be the possible cause(s)?
