What Causes Swollen Labia Minor?

One side of my labia minora is swollen. Doesn t itch nor burn, not even when I urinate. Just slightly irritated when I move. It s not hard, rather soft, like a balloon or bubble. I don t see any bumps, cuts, or anything abnormal.... Also, I m not sure if this has anything to do with my labia minora being swollen but when aroused I don t get wet like I normally would.

Hi
greetings
From the history I feel that you are having bartholin cyst .
It is gland normally present on the inner aspect of vagina and aids in lubrication. It's duct can get blocked due to any infection or inflammation and the gland get enlarged.Unless it is acutely infected pain will not be there.
So I am diagnosing it as bartholin cyst from your description and lack of lubrication. But to confirm you will need.a gynaec check up
Management is excision of cyst .
I hope my answer helps you. kindly update after gynaec check up.
Regards
