What Causes Swollen Jaw Behind Right Ear?

I been suffering with a swollen jaw right behind my right ear its oblong in shape and barley touching it makes me cry also my right earlobe is also swollen and on the back of my earlobe its scabbed and fluid is coming out i have not worn earings in months so i know its not from that my question is what could be the cause of this pain and swelling!

The swelling and pain can be due to an infected cyst in the lobe or a parotid swelling. In either case you need to consult an ENT so that a decision on the correct diagnosis and medication can be done
