What Causes Swollen Glands And Headache?

I thought I pinched a nerve in my neck 4 days ago, the pain was bad and I could not turn my head. Now both glands are swollen and I have a headache. I have a MS and am in a wheelchair. No cold or sore throat. I this risidual after a pinched nerve & spasms in my neck? I have been a little uptight lately. Please advise, Pain in my neck!

Hello,

Yes, it is more likely a pinched nerve and muscles spasms that are causing your symptoms. An infection is suspected if you have fever at first. A soft cervical collar may help you.
