I have experienced swelling in my neck glands off and on for over a year. I think its thyroid because of the other symptoms I have, weight gain, dry skin, dry nails, dry hair, loss of energy and head aches, dizziness, hard swollowing food sometimes. Heartburn

These are the features of hypo thyroid but to confirm you need to get your thyroid profile tested perticularly tsh lavel only after that i can start an appropriate therapy for you.tc
