What Causes Swelling In Right Side Of Body And Numbness In Jaw?

I went to the Emergency room for swelling of my whole right side from head to tow. It was numb my jaw on the right side, face all the way down the right side. They just sent me home. I have sciatica, hip is out of place, and fibromyalgia. Do you have an idea what was wrong? The ran no tests at the ER & sent me home. I am 2.5 weeks late on my period. I have no money to sign up. I'm just praying that someone out of their own heart helps me.

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern.

You should immediately consult a doctor as these are not good symptoms . Swelling on one side of the body may indicate stroke or severe allergic reaction . And numbness on one side of body can indicate diabetic neuripathy , vitamin B12 deficiency , side effect of certain drug and Carpal tunnel syndrome. I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay to rule out any heart related problem . Doctor may order ECG , TMT , complete blood profile and angiography . Treatment will depend upon the result of tests . Till then take proper rest and don't exert your body .
