What Causes Swelling In Eyelid?
My grandson last week, about a week ago got a swollen eye lid, it started swelling at his eye brow then by the next day his whole eye lid was swollen so bad he could not see out of it and I thought it was a bug bite so i got some benydryl and over a period of three days it went away but now the swelling has come back just not as bad as the first time and Im worried do you might have an idea of whats going on?

It may be a infection of the gland in the lid commonly known as stye. Needs oral antibiotics for atleast 1 week to control the infection completely to reduce the recurrence
