Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be paronychia. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. A short course of antibiotic and antiinflammatory drugs may be considered. Improve the immunity by giving nutritious food, exercise and immune booster to prevent the relapse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
