What Causes Swelling And Pain In Left Labia Majora?

My left labia magora is swollen and painful. It feels like there is a small lump inside (pea sized). There is no visible external signs of infection. No discharge. I though it might be an infected hair follicle but ther is no visible head . I ve had this for 4 days with no improvement.

Hello,

You need to visit a gynecologist for local check up, as it could be infection of the gland there Bartholin’s cyst. On examination only we can decide on further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
