What Causes Swelling And Large Lump At The Site Of Collar Bone?

I am a 54 year old female. I am concerned that the swelling where the collar bones are and where most women have beautiful indentations or sunken skin, may be an indication that I have a potential health problem arising. Rather than sunken supple upper chest/neck area, I have large bumps where the area appears to be swollen/inflamed. Some days it is severe and people comment on how unusual it appears. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 8 years ago and saw a rheumatologist and other specialists regularly but I have been doing pretty well with few flair ups in the past two years. I have cervical stenosis and get epiderals 3 times a year for relief. Could the inflammation be related to the fibromyalgia? The interesting thing is that I can push into the inflamed bumps on each side of my chest/shoulder collarbone area and feel absolutely no pain. By appearances one would think it would cause the same pain (like pushing into a bruise) that the flair-ups from the fibro used to cause me, but this is not the case.My mother died from hodgkins disease when she was only 38 years old, so it has crossed my mind that perhaps this inflammation could be glands. Any suggestions as to what would cause a woman to have large lumps where her sunken collar bone area should be would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
