What Causes Sunburn Like Skin Condition?
My 14 month old son has what looks to be a sunburn on his arms and legs. it is not a sunburn or a burn of any kind. What could it be? We have not introduced any new foods or soaps of any kind either. No fever, no itching, does not hurt him. What is this?
