What Causes Sudden Weight Gain Long After Diagnosing Precancerous Cells On Cervix?

Hi I am 27 years old I suddenly gained 15 pounds and always tired. I have no energy and have a pryor history of pre cancer on my cervix have not been checked in 2 years after having a leep done. Why would I gain so much eight and have not changed anything I normally do

It would be important to have a repeat papsmear done since the previous one was abnormal and required treatment.
Cervical cancer is not likely the cause of your weight gain because cancer causes weight loss not gain but it would still be important to have the cervix assessed.

Weight gain is most often related to diet and the level of activity.
Other less common causes would be side effect of medication or abnormal levels of some hormones eg high cortisol or low thyroid.

You can consider having both the cortisol and thyroid done to determine if either of these is contributing to your symptoms.
