What Causes Sudden Severe Headache, Blurred Vision And Tiredness?
I have been having sudden severe headaches for almost a month now. This is like sudden pressure all over my head but especially in the front. My eyes have been very sensitive to headlights at night and the lights that are in classrooms, to where my head will start hurting and sometimes my eyes will get blurry from them. 2 weeks ago I got very hot while standing, lost my vision and almost passed out. After sitting for a while I was better. Yesterday I was sitting in a chair got very light headed and thought I was going to pass out again. I have been very zoned out and tired the last few weeks even though I have been getting enough sleep. Yesterday and today my muscles were feeling very achey as well. Any idea what could be causing all of this?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sudden severe headache, blurred vision and tiredness . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query acute stress , high blood pressure , diabetes, type 2 , excessive caffeine use , stroke and transient ischemic attack.Condition like sinusitis can also cause such problem so consult ENT specialist for it . Take diet rich in multivitamins. drink plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to consult general physician for proper examination. Doctor may check vitals , order ECG , TMT and complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe calcium channel blockers along with blood thinners and diuretics.
