What is the refractive error,? she is myopic or hypermetropic?In myopia there will be increase of power with body growth. but it should be for both eye . In any condition the power increase is related to increase in curvature of cornea or eye ball. This is to be estimated by eye doctor after fund us examination. Hyper metropia power increase be due to loss of muscle tone. But it will be for both eye. Eye doctor after examination has to diagnose the reason
