What Causes Sudden Pain S In Eyes?

hi. yes for a couple of years now I have suffered sudden and sharp pin prick pains in my eyes, it lasts a few second and then is gone. The eye hospital said my eyes look fine although I do have bletharitis and use drops and gels regularly. what could be causing the sudden sharp pain please?

pin and prick sensation are generally neurological because of nerve irritation. if the source is removed then it will be controlled. If they have detected blepharitis the it is to be treated by scrubbing the lid margin and to apply neosporine eye ointment. if dandruff is present in eye brow and scalp then to be treated with nizral solution.
