What Causes Sudden Loss Of Hearing In A Dialysis Patient With Normal MRI Reports?

Do you have any ideas what would cause sudden hearing loss, the hearing of a whooshing sound which comes and goes bearing in mind the patient is on dialysis. The patient claims when this happened he had a weird feeling in the back of his head and MRI reports show no abnormalities.

according to this idiopathic may be because inthis condition cochlear hair cells may be lost so better to take puretone audiometry and impedence audiometry test and in this case steroids can be used no to worsen the condition
