Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi dear
I understand your concern .

It is kind of performance anxiety.

Sweating / tachycardia / palpitation etc are features of stress and anxiety .

It is psychological fear about performance like in exam or competition.

You need to learn how to face it and develop confidance to handle it.

Once you learn it then it will gradually decrease .

It is exposure therapy of psychotherapy .

Learned experience will increase your confidence level.

When you will face the situation you will learn reaction that occur from that.

Medicines can help.

Propranalol /miltrecitan/ low dose etizolam etc can help to reduce this anxiety .

Exercise and meditation increase endorphin thus help to handle stress .

Consult psychiatrist for further assistance .

Still if you have a query then feel free to ask .

Happy to help you .

Thank you .
