What Causes Sudden Headache And Uneasiness At Night?

My mom felt severe headache and uneasiness at night after dinner. she is very fit lady without any medical history and problem. At the time when she felt severe uneasiness and suffocation with headache, she took hot tea and after that slowly she felt normal. At the time of headache her pulse rate was low(50-55).But after a hot cup of tea it returned to normal level. Also her blood pressure was normal at that time. I want to know why she suddenly felt so uneasy and head pain.
