When I looked to the left and right sides it was all dots. I was also dizzy. Then last night I threw up. All of today I have felt nauseated and when I get up from laying down my ears start to ring again also I feel weak and a bit dizzy. I m not sure what it could be. You re help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sudden dizziness, nausea, ringing in ears and blurriness in eyes . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like inner ear infection , migraine , acoustic neuroma and meniere's disease or injury to ear . I would suggest you to take proper rest , drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and avoid bending forward . Consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , blood test along with taking history and examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics like gentamycin and anti inflammatory . Doctor may refer you to neurologist for migraine .
