What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Black Spots In The Vision?

My 26 year old daughter developed sudden dizziness, some episodes of syncope , and seeing black spots in her left eye or poor vision in her left eye 6 days ago. These symptoms cont to occur, with episodes of them getting worse and then just feeling dizzy all the time. She has had a CBC, Chem panel, thyroid check which were all normal. Her Vital signs are within normal limits. Her head CT showed possible areas of white and gray matter merging-she was told she could have Multiple sclerosis and is having an MRI on Friday and seeing a neurologist next Wednesday. She is not on any medications. Should we be taking her back to the ED and what might be the possible causes. SHe does not have a headache.

is she myopic. refraction should be done following fundus examination for detecting holes tear or peripheral detachment. as such she will have degenerative changes with ptesalated fundus. they are muscevolitentis and from degenerative changes of retina fundus examination is to be repeated to observe progress in degenerative changes if floates increase in their number then retinal pathology can be suspected.

itcan be floaters due to degenerative changes in retina. to be kept under observation to seethe progress of changes. it is retinal pathology and no ct or MRI isnot requered. iot and field tracing can be done and from fundus examination cup disc ratio to be observed. from field scotoma to be traced
