General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a history of fever, typoid , malaria and pulmonary tuberculosis finally pneumonias.
2.All these are dangerous enough if immediate appropriate care has not been taken.
3.The blood has given - means there is loss of platelet or Hb.
4.Internal bleed can not be ruled out, Tuberculosis and malaria and high grade fever can give brain infection / inflammation causing meningitis.
5.PTB and pneumonia can cause lung failure followed by cardiac arrest.
6.There are multiple valid reason, being poor socio-economic the investigations and followup would have been not well, and complications has possibly caused this death.

Hope i have answered your query.
Any thing to ask do not hesitate. Thank you.

General & Family Physician Dr. Rahat Kumar's  Response
hi there
Multiple black spots all over body can be due to multiple causes. like in scabies, viral infections, immunocompromised states like HIV etc. from your information patient status is not clear but having multiple infections (seticemia) seems to be cause of his death.
Take care
