Hello,
It can be because of decrease thyroid hormones or some changes in dermis of the skin,as there are some receptors under skin which control body temprature,it can be because of loss of weigt too as fat works as thermal insulator. My opinion would be get thyroid profile first and discuss further with your doctor.
