What Causes Sudden Chest Pain?

I feel chest pain on the upper part of the chest when I curve by body in the front side for more than four years. I have consult to many doctors but their medication do not workout. I have been prescribed medicene for gas, acid and costocondritis pain but the all gone fruitless. can you please help me to get out of this pain. I think this may be air lock in chest. Now what should I do. which doctor to consult. please help me.

Hi welcome to HCM..

Your pain could be musculoskeletal pain...

In which usually costochondritis and muscular strain can be resolved with the time ...
Ibuprofen drug useful for that ...
If costochondritis present than physiotherapy help can be taken in form of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation....

Rule out anemia and hypothyroid also by HB estimation and tsh estimation as these two condition can lead muscle weakness and pain can be there ..

To clear your doubt regarding respi problem investigate with chest x ray...

Avoid bad sleep posture ...

If needed neurological examination needs to be done.

Advise : consult neurologist for your examination...
