What Causes Sudden Blackouts?

Yes hi umm... When I stand up or it's now happening when I'm not standing up... My vision goes black and I have to sit down on grab on to something so I don't fall over... And after that happens my eyes hurt for a little bit after that what causes it to do that? Is there anything I can do to prevent it?

you are having postural hyphenation. due to this you are having hypoxia and leading to black out. you should have general checkup an investigation by physician.
