What Causes Strong Smelling Urine?

I have had "mushroomy" strong smelling urine for about 3 months - no pain and urine seems clear. I have been on antibiotics freq in the past 10 yrs for chronic sinusitis so am wondering if I possibly have something like a candida infection? This is what I am seeing through online research - I am an RN :).

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*It is because of pH alteration of urine through various reasons.
*Certain foods can make urine acidic / smell :
- beef pork meats - seafoods ( sardines,lobsters,salmon, herring )
- yeast ( in alcohol, bread )
- caffeine
- vegetables ( mushroom, asparagus , spinch )
*Drink lot of liquids and get a urine microscopic examination done.
Hope this clears your doubts.
Thanks for using Health care magic & reviewing my answer thoroughly.
Wishing you fast and speedy recovery from the same.
