What Causes Stroke Leading To Death In A Person?

My Aunt is 69 years old and all her life she has lived with the guilt of her mother s death. My grandmother died when my aunt was 12 and she repelled as a child My grandmother had a stoke and died shortly after, she smoked and had high blood pressure for years. Could the worry of a rebellous 12 year old caused her stoke?

Not really, high blood pressure untreated for a long time and smoking are the major risk factors for stroke.
