What Causes Stomach Pain,nausea,dizziness And Diarrhea?
I had severe stomach pain, nausea feeling, sweating, and tunnel vision, light headed all followed by diarrhea. I am 56 yrs. old, white female, this has happened a couple of times before. I passed out once. I am totally exhausted after the episode. What can be the cause?

Severe stomach pains, nausea, sweating, tunnel vision followed by diarrhea and exhaustion in a 56 year old white female can be due to the following reasons:
• Severe form of gastroenteritis or severe IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome. This can be diagnosed by proper clinical evaluation by your doctor and if needed by a gastroenterologist and further investigations.
• Tests of stool for 3 consecutive days.
• Tests of blood for CBC, thyroid, and liver function tests.
• Colonoscopy.
• CT scan of the abdomen to see for diverticulitis or any other diseases.
If a specific cause is found, it will be treated to get you the cure. And if nothing is found on the tests you may take the treatment on the lines of IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
