What Causes Stomach Pain, nausea And Diarrhea?

I have a very tender stomach... almost like my guts, above where normal upset stomach is felt. This has been since yesterday, after brunch, where I had French Toast. No throw up , but diarrhea for like 8 hours. Now today I have a massive headache, and after eating lunch (salad) THe pain is back. I feel nausea, sore guts, and headache.... is this food poisoning?
