What Causes Stomach Pain?

My daughter is having intense stomach pain over a week now. She is 13 and hasn't had her period in over two months. She says she is not sexual and I believe her. She feels better when she eats but half an hour later she is in pain. What could be going on?

It is possible to have peptic ulcer disease. duodenal ulcers (first part of the intestines) have a classic presentation of feeling better with eating. without knowing specifically what part of the abdomen (upper or lower) it is hard to be more specific. hope this helps
