What Causes Stomach Pain With Soreness After Ingestion Or Normal Movements?
I was looking at the body parts to see if I could determine what is causing me such pain in my stomach. the picture of the lleum is exactly where it hurts. what could be wrong or what does the lleum do for you. it gets worse if I eat, bend over or happen to lay on my stomach at night. the other night it hurt so bad I thought I was having a heart attact. but it feels like a big pocket of trapped gas. I can take tums and get no relief. it is very sore to the touch and feels like a ball of something in there.
HI Well come to HCM This may not be pain in ileum related but this may be epigastric pain could be due to gastritis, some time this could trigger after eating, some time mimic cardiac pain, but in fact this could be due to hyperacidity, and this can be well managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time, for the pain you can try Tab Dicylomine one tab three times in day, if symptoms does not improved then this need to be investigated hope this information helps, take care.
