What Causes Stomach Pain While Having Diabetes?
Ive been feeling drianed for 2days. Like i feel all achey at times and like i have no energy. I have diabetes and had a sugar drop yesterday and ever since that i just been feeling crappy. Ive been having these weird pains in my stomach also. Could i be getting sick or is this something else?

This is diabetic gastroparesis...........consult your doctor for good control of sugar level and let me know
