What Causes Stomach Pain And Continuous Watery Vaginal Discharge?

Im 20 i have two children ive had pain in the right side of my stomach for about a week, i done a few pregnancy tests the results were negative, i had sex about half hour ago and it didnt feel right it was like something was being hit.. I have clear water liquid running out of my vagina as if im constantly weeing then stopping then going again but im not weeing and im 100% its not wee.. Im not get a pain on the left side of my belly what is this??

It appears that you are having infection in your reproductive tract.
Maintain good perineal hygeine.
Use Clingen wash for local wash of perineum.
Also you need to take doxy and flagyl tablets for 14 days.
Avoid sex for these days.
